With our full service and self-contained mobile kitchen, we can prepare and slow cook your order at your venue, so that we serve you only the freshest, most flavorful meat and southern sides.
Full Service Catering
Full Service Includes: Buffet style set-up, serving from chafing dishes, steam tables, or other appliances that maintain the heat or cold temperatures required. It also includes serving/carving of food and clean-up of the buffet area after the event for a time period of one to two hours depending on the number of guests.

A separate quote/invoice will be provided for more formal functions that require additional services, equipment or service staff.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not grilled or oven-cooked meat. Our BBQ is competition style (Wood Smoked) BBQ. It is NOT “fast food." We cook our meat Low and Slow for up to 12 hours.

Save The Date With Last Supper BBQ Smokers
When you save the date with Last Supper BBQ, we will work with you every step of the way to serve up a savory memory for you and your guests. Once we have the date, location, and estimated number of people, we will plan the perfect meal for your event, whether it’s one of our current event packages or one custom created to reflect your needs.
We can serve 20 –200 people quickly, on-site and it’s always fresh. If you want a Special Package we can handle that too.
While we will give you a call one week from your event to confirm the specifics, like head count and serving time, we welcome you to give us a call with updates, changes, or questions about your event.
